Lost/Stolen Debit Cards

If you experience the unfortunate event of a fraudulent transaction or a lost or stolen Visa® debit or ATM card, or if you simply need assistance with a card transaction, please contact us immediately as follows:

  • During our normal business hours (Mon. – Fri. 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays), by calling or visiting your local Cross County Savings Bank branch;
     
  • After our normal business hours (Mon. – Fri. 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays) by calling (844) 862-6308; or
     
  • If you are located outside of the United States, by calling collect (614) 564-5105

If you are traveling outside of the Contiguous United States (including Hawaii & Alaska) and plan on using your debit card, please contact your local branch to ensure that your card will work for ATM or Visa® debit card transactions.
